We recommend arriving by 3:30 pm to enjoy a welcome drink and find your seat. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, and the reception will follow at 7:00 pm.
Should we expect an indoor or outdoor celebration?
All of our wedding events will be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably and keep the weather in mind. In the event of rain, indoor facilities will be available.
Is there a dress code?
Ceremony - "garden party glam" - cocktail attire.
Please no shorts.
Reception- Please feel free to change into something more comfortable, so you can relax and enjoy!
Can we take pictures during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that all phones and cameras be silenced and put away during the ceremony. We'd love for you to be fully present with us in the moment - don't worry, we'll have professional photos to share after!
Are kids welcome at the wedding?
We love your little ones and leave it up to you - please feel free to bring them if you'd like, or enjoy a night out just the two of you! Whatever works best for your family.
What are the parking details?
Parking is available at the ceremony venue - vehicles may be left overnight, but they must be picked up by 7:00 am the following morning. Parking is also available at the reception location.
How will we get from place to place ?
You welcome to drive to each location if you wish.
We will have 2 large shuttle vans that will be at your service!
In addition to details below, the drivers will be available throughout the night to take you wherever you need to go, whenever you are ready!
Hotel Guests-
They will be picking guests up at the hotel to take to the venue , and then back to hotel. Then, from hotel to reception.
Glamping Guests-
You have the option to take your car to reception prior to ceremony and have the shuttle take you back and fourth for the rest of the day, so you have your vehicles the next morning.
How do I reserve a camp space, what is included ?
